Our HelpDesk operates from 8:45am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. 

Support Requests can be submitted 24 hrs a day using one of the following options. They will be responded to during business hours.

How do I submit a Support Request?

EmailSupport@P-Connect.com This sends an email directly to PCI’s tech support department. In your email, please include the following: 

Subject Line: A brief description of the issue you’re having.

Body Text: A detailed description of the issue you’re having, including the respective phone number and extension to ensure proper communication between PCI and the user submitting the request.

This is PCI’s main office number. Select Option 3 for Support.

Emergency Tech Support:

You will have an option to leave a message on our Emergency Voicemail System anytime outside of PCI’s normal business hours. All support staff are notified of an emergency support call immediately upon receipt.

You can submit Support Requests directly by using the individual Client Support Portal we provide to each of our clients. To enter the Client Portal, simply click on Client Login at the top of our website homepage
