Our HelpDesk operates from 8:45am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Support Requests can be submitted 24 hrs a day using one of the following options. They will be responded to during business hours.
How do I submit a Support Request?
This sends an email directly to PCI’s tech support department.
In your email, please include the following:
Subject Line: A brief description of the issue you’re having.
Body Text: A detailed description of the issue you’re having, including the respective contact name, phone number and extension to ensure proper communication between PCI and the user submitting the request.

Select Option 3 for a Service Manager or ask the receptionist for tech support.
*Emergency Tech Support: You will have an option to leave a message on our Emergency Voicemail System anytime outside of PCI’s normal business hours. All support staff are notified of an emergency support call immediately upon receipt.
